Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT)
TRT is a medically supervised treatment that restores testosterone to optimal levels through regular injections — typically administered 1–2 times per week. While your body may be producing less testosterone than normal, your androgen receptors are still fully capable of using supplemental testosterone. When supervised by our clinical team, TRT can alleviate many or all symptoms of low T.
Low testosterone (Low T) means your levels fall below the normal range of 300–950 ng/dL. Common symptoms include: chronic fatigue, low libido, erectile dysfunction, brain fog, irritability, weight gain (especially belly fat), loss of muscle mass, poor sleep, and decreased motivation. The American Urological Association estimates about 2% of men are diagnosed annually, though many more go undiagnosed. Take our Low-T Quiz for a quick self-assessment.
Yes. Many men with levels between 300–500 ng/dL experience symptoms of low T despite being "in range." Most men feel their best between 600–900 ng/dL. Atlas welcomes patients who want to optimize — not just treat deficiency. We design protocols around your symptoms and goals, not just a number on a lab report.
Most patients notice improved energy and mood within 2–3 weeks. Libido and sexual function typically improve by weeks 3–6. Body composition changes (muscle gain, fat loss) become visible over 3–6 months. Full optimization takes about 6 months of consistent therapy. Some of the first benefits reported are increased energy, sharper focus, and better sleep.
TRT is typically an ongoing therapy for men with true deficiency. However, research shows that TRT promotes fat loss and muscle building, and in some cases the body can resume natural production. If you ever decide to stop, your provider will guide you through a safe tapering protocol. There's no one-size-fits-all answer — we work with each patient individually.
TRT can suppress sperm production. If fertility is a concern, we proactively prescribe hCG and/or enclomiphene alongside testosterone to maintain testicular function and sperm production. This is always discussed during your initial consultation.
Our team believes testosterone injections are the most effective method because dosing can be precisely controlled. Injections are administered into muscle or subcutaneous fat, typically 1–2 times per week. For men who require only a low dose or prefer alternatives, topical creams may be an option after careful evaluation.
Research supports significant improvements including: greater libido and sexual function, improved body composition (more muscle, less fat), better mood and cognitive function, increased bone density, and reduced risk of cardiovascular disease and diabetes. Most patients report a dramatic improvement in overall quality of life.
Testosterone levels peak during puberty and remain high through your twenties. After age 30, levels decline by roughly 1% per year. Most men maintain at least 75% of their levels into old age, but the cumulative decline means a man at 50 may have significantly lower T than at 25 — enough to cause noticeable symptoms.
Low T is one of the underlying factors in male pattern baldness (MPB), which affects nearly 95% of men dealing with premature thinning. MPB typically starts at the hairline and crown. Low T can also cause thinning on the chest, arms, and body. Early intervention helps slow progression.
While studies haven't made a conclusive direct connection between nutrition and testosterone, excess belly fat is a major contributor to low T — it triggers estrogen production which suppresses testosterone. Diet and exercise are important complements to any TRT program. Our team can help design nutritional strategies alongside your treatment.
Peptide Therapy
Peptides are short chains of amino acids that signal your body to perform specific functions — like releasing growth hormone, repairing tissue, boosting metabolism, or enhancing sleep. They work with your body's existing systems rather than replacing them. Take our Peptide Assessment to find which ones match your goals.
The peptides we prescribe have established safety profiles and are compounded by licensed US pharmacies. All peptide therapy at Atlas is prescribed and monitored by our clinical team. Side effects are generally mild — injection site reactions or water retention — and resolve quickly.
Most peptides are subcutaneous injections using a tiny insulin needle. Some are available as troches (dissolving tablets), nasal sprays, or topical creams. Your provider will recommend the best route for your specific protocol. We provide all supplies and training.
Our peptide menu includes Sermorelin, Tesamorelin, PT-141, NAD+, Glutathione, and many others targeting growth hormone optimization, tissue repair, immune support, fat loss, and longevity. We offer both individual peptides and custom stacks tailored to your goals. Reach out to our team or visit our Peptide Therapy page to learn about the full menu.
Sermorelin stimulates your body's natural growth hormone production. It's a well-established, gentle option — ideal for improving sleep, energy, recovery, and body composition. Available as an injectable or troche. Your provider will recommend the right GH peptide and dose based on your goals and experience. Learn more on our Growth Hormone page.
GLP-1 Weight Loss
Semaglutide (Wegovy/Ozempic class) is a GLP-1 receptor agonist. Tirzepatide (Mounjaro/Zepbound class) is a dual GIP/GLP-1 receptor agonist that typically produces greater weight loss — 15–25% of body weight vs. 12–18%. Both are highly effective. Your provider will recommend the best option based on your health profile and goals.
Most patients lose 15–25% of their body weight over 6–12 months. For a 220 lb person, that's 33–55 lbs. The first month typically shows 5–8 lbs. Combining GLP-1 with exercise, our MIC+B12 shots, and nutritional guidance can accelerate results.
The most common side effects are nausea, decreased appetite, and mild GI discomfort — these typically resolve within the first 2–4 weeks as your body adjusts. We start at lower doses and gradually increase to minimize side effects. Serious complications are rare when properly supervised.
GLP-1 medications work best when combined with a healthy lifestyle. While the medication significantly reduces appetite and cravings on its own, patients who incorporate even moderate exercise and mindful eating see faster results and better long-term maintenance. Our team can provide guidance on nutrition and activity alongside your treatment.
Sexual Health & ED Treatment
GAINSWave uses low-intensity acoustic wave therapy to break down micro-plaque in penile blood vessels and stimulate new blood vessel growth (angiogenesis). Clinical studies show significant improvements in erectile function. Many patients reduce or eliminate ED medication after a full protocol. It's non-invasive, painless, and has zero downtime.
A standard protocol is 6–12 sessions, done 1–2 times per week. Most patients notice improvements after 3–4 sessions. Results continue to build for several weeks after completing treatment. Maintenance sessions every 3–6 months extend benefits long-term.
The P-Shot (Priapus Shot) uses platelet-rich plasma (PRP) from your own blood, injected into targeted areas to stimulate tissue regeneration, improve sensitivity, and enhance performance. It pairs exceptionally well with GAINSWave — wave therapy builds new vessels while PRP regenerates tissue. Learn more on our P-Shot page.
Yes. GAINSWave for Her uses the same acoustic wave technology to increase blood flow, restore sensitivity, and improve arousal and orgasm quality for women. It's completely non-invasive and painless. Common reasons women seek treatment include decreased sensation, difficulty with arousal, or changes after menopause or childbirth. Visit our GAINSWave for Her page for details.
Bi-Amino injections combine L-Arginine and L-Citrulline to boost nitric oxide (NO) production — the same pathway ED medications target, but naturally. They enhance blood flow, workout performance, and can amplify the effects of GAINSWave and TRT when stacked together. Learn more on our Bi-Amino page.
IV Therapy & Wellness
Most IV drips take 30–60 minutes. NAD+ infusions take longer — typically 2–4 hours depending on the dose. Vitamin shots from our Shot Bar take under 5 minutes with no appointment needed.
NAD+ (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) is a coenzyme essential for cellular energy, DNA repair, and sirtuin activation — the "master switches" of aging. NAD+ levels decline roughly 50% by age 50. Replenishing it supports energy, mental clarity, immune function, and cellular repair. Available as injectable, nasal spray, or IV infusion at Atlas. Learn more on our NAD+ page.
Glutathione is the body's master antioxidant — essential for detoxification, immune function, and skin radiance. At Atlas, it's available as an injection or nasal spray, and can be added as a booster to any IV drip. It's one of our most requested add-ons. Visit our Glutathione page for details.
Aesthetics
Absolutely. Botox and neurotoxin treatments are available for both men and women at Atlas. "Brotox" is one of the fastest-growing aesthetic treatments — popular for forehead lines, crow's feet, and a more refreshed look. Natural results, no one has to know. Visit our Botox page.
Microneedling uses tiny needles to create controlled micro-injuries that trigger your skin's natural collagen production. We apply numbing cream beforehand — most patients describe it as a mild prickling sensation. We also offer PRP microneedling (combining your own growth factors) for enhanced results. Minimal downtime — mild redness for 24–48 hours. Visit our Microneedling page.
Billing & Insurance
Atlas Men's Health is an out-of-pocket / direct care facility — we do not bill insurance directly. This means no insurance restrictions, no prior authorizations, and no delays. We provide superbills that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement depending on your plan. Lab work is often covered by most insurance companies.
We accept all major credit/debit cards, HSA and FSA cards, and cash. Financing is available through Affirm, Klarna, and CareCredit. Most of our services qualify for HSA/FSA spending.
